Electricians - Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers

· In town work · Assisting site supervisor and journeyman electrician with daily tasks · Interpreting and reading blueprints and electrical drawings · Interpreting Canadian Electrical Code · Layout conduit runs and pipe fill · Communicate with co-workers, site supervisor and customers both verbal and written · Use multi-meter for testing and troubleshooting when required. · Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment · Understanding of how different electrical systems work · Time management and organization skills · Knowledge of mathematics and basic calculations · Ability to continuously learn about trends in the electrical industry · Leadership and teamwork · Creativity · Inspecting and maintaining existing electrical systems · Ensuring that electrical system in buildings (residential, commercial, and industrial) comply with local electrical codes and safety standards · Provide preliminary planning, sketches, and estimates for installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance of electrical systems · Follow and promote all safety rules and guidelines · Fill out timecards daily · Sign into Corfix daily to complete all required forms Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental care • Extended health care • Life insurance • RRSP match • Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: • Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Licence/Certification: • Driver's License (required) Work Location: In person
