Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Technician with a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC system in the field, proven expertise in troubleshooting complex issues. This is a key role within our mechanical division, serving both commercial and residential clients with professionalism and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of AC and HVAC systems. • Accurately document service calls, work performed, and parts used within ServiceTitan software. • Provide clear communication to clients regarding repair options, system status, and preventative recommendations. • Install replacement parts and ensure systems meet safety and performance standards. • Mentor and support junior technicians when needed. • Maintain company standards for safety, quality, and customer service. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience as an HVAC/AC service technician (commercial and residential experience preferred). • Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar service management software. • Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing complex systems. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • EPA Universal Certification preferred. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
