Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Installers and Labourers located in Southern Alberta. The responsibilities include assisting in the installation of various construction materials and systems, performing general labor tasks, operating tools and machinery, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and following all safety and quality standards set by the company. Qualifications • Experience with installation tasks and basic construction skills • Proficiency in operating tools, machinery, and equipment safely • Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and demanding physical tasks • Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently • Prior experience in construction or related fields is an asset
