HVAC Technician (313A) – Commercial / Industrial

The Position: We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on commercial and industrial HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple sites throughout the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Responsibilities: • Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment including RTUs, MAUs, exhaust systems, and split systems • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and basic controls issues • Complete detailed service reports with photos and documentation • Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with codes and company standards Qualifications: • Valid HVAC license (313A or equivalent preferred) • Minimum 3 - 5 years of commercial HVAC experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Experience with gas heating, refrigeration systems, and airflow principles • Ability to work independently and manage service calls • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract • ODP certification required Compensation & Incentives: • Competitive hourly wage • Performance incentives • Overtime opportunities • On-call premiums • Health, vision and dental benefits package • Company Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) • Four (4) weeks vacation at hire Additional Perks: • Company vehicle (assigned to employee and can be stored at your residence) • Company supplied cell phone • Company supplied clothing and tools • Ongoing training provided (both in house and off site) • Steady, year-round commercial work If you’re a professional HVAC technician who values quality workmanship, support, and long-term stability, we’d love to hear from you.
