Commercial Pipefitter/Welder

Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc, a Marsden Holding Company, is a non-union mechanical contractor seeking skilled and experienced Welders/Pipefitters to join our team. If you have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate should be adaptable and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions, and at heights exceeding 20 feet. Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary, and candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Key Requirements: • 3 - 5+ years of experience in commercial welding and pipefitting. • Preferred VRF certification. • Basic English proficiency for safety communication. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification. • Journeyman License is a plus! Essential Skills: • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Expertise in laying out and fitting piping systems. • Proficient in welding in various positions. • Experience with different pipe materials (stainless, carbon steel). • Capability to sweat and braze copper. • Knowledgeable in the installation of hangers and supports. • Experience with roll groove machinery. Job Responsibilities: • Cut pipes using appropriate tools including hacksaw and pipe cutters. • Thread pipes with threading machinery. • Bend pipes using manual and machine tools. • Test piping systems for leaks, monitoring pressure and gauges. • Follow all safety protocols and project regulations as well as company policies. • Complete additional tasks as required.
