Forklift Operator - Full Time - Afternoon & Night Shifts

You take personal pride in the safe, surgical movement of materials, ensuring our supply chain remains seamless and our production lines never skip a beat. Expertly operate forklifts to load, unload, and stack materials with zero-error accuracy. Maintain the facility’s "pulse" by keeping production lines staged and ensuring finished goods are strategically stored. Champion a "Zero-Incident" workspace through rigorous daily inspections and proactive hazard mitigation. Navigate high-density inventory layouts and tight staging areas with professional care and spatial awareness. Previous success in high-volume Material Handling or Forklift Operation. Technical Literacy: Operational Endurance: The physical readiness to remain active and focused in a fast-moving, hands-on warehouse environment. 18 to $22 per hour, based on your demonstrated skill and relevant experience. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Flexible Shift Options: We offer numerous full-time roles across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts. Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment Loading and unloading trailers Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory Supporting shipping and receiving tasks A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience operating a Forklift. Current Certification: Must hold a valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, or Walkie). Dynamic Pace: Proven ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced distribution environment. Reliable Performance: Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required to support warehouse operations.
