Journeyman/ CWB Welder - Fabrication and Material Processing

Journeyman Welder / Fabricator About Us We are a custom fabrication shop specializing in design, machining, welding, and material processing. We build everything from simple structures to complex assemblies. We’re a small, hands-on team that values problem solvers who take initiative and pride in their work. The Role You’ll take projects from drawings to finished parts, with a primary focus on welding and fabrication. You must be a skilled fabricator with the ability to fit and weld out jobs of any size. This is not a machine operator role — you’ll be building, problem-solving, and adapting. We’re a dynamic shop, so while welding will be your main responsibility, some days you’ll jump in wherever needed. A positive attitude and willingness to take on any task, big or small, is essential.
