Master Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and maintenance projects using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs. • Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate cost assessments for plumbing components and labor. • Perform pipe threading, pipe fitting, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure leak-free connections. • Lead on-site supervision of plumbing crews, coordinating tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. • Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems, piping, and fixtures, providing effective solutions promptly. • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout all phases of work. Skills • Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems in commercial settings. • Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge. • Skilled in welding, pipe threading, pipe fitting, and the use of hand tools and power tools. • Knowledge of HVAC systems, remodeling processes, maintenance procedures, and handyman skills. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations or repairs. • Familiarity with construction site safety practices and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site access or material transportation needs.
