Commercial Plumbing Journeyperson

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Journeyperson Plumber to support commercial projects. The successful candidate will have leadership experience and be responsible organizing materials, labour and leading sub-scopes on site. OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL PLUMBING JOURNEYPERSON: We're looking for someone who can manage these responsibilities: • Rough-ins, groundworks and installing of new plumbing systems in commercial buildings • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions • Lead and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and hands-on training • Perform system tests using air and water pressure gauges to detect leaks and other issues • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations And who can meet these qualifications: • Journeyman Plumber certification • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience • Leadership experience is preferred • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and tools • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract Advance Your Career With Us We succeed through teamwork, integrity, and a shared commitment to personal accountability, where every tradesperson's skill and dedication drives our reputation.
