HVAC Technician (Commercial & Industrial)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installation Technician with 5+ years of experience. Applicant should be knowledgeable in: • RTU replacements 5-ton to 50-ton • Split System retrofit and replacement • Routing, supporting, and soldering Condensate drains. This includes press fittings • Water Source AC replacement • Copper chilled water installation, routing, supporting, and connections. Typically copper up to 2” • Minor Ductwork associated with Tenant improvements, • Thermostat wiring Beneficial Knowledge: • Grooving of iron pipe, fitting, and layout of iron pipe for chilled water systems • Understanding of on-site re-directing for a better outcome (thinking on the fly) • Layout, routing, and approach to running water lines, condensate line, and chilled water lines. Skyline Mechanical will train on role-specific skills, but theapplicant needs to have core knowledge of this position.
