2026 Turnarounds – Rig Welders – Mar to Oct – Camp, LOA – Multiple Sites across AB Stuart Olson is hiring Rig Welders for its 2026 turnaround season across Alberta. Work begins in March and runs through October, with shutdowns scheduled at various industrial sites. Successful applicants must hold valid welding certifications, have strong industrial experience, and be committed to safety. Camp accommodations and LOA are included for eligible candidates. Perks & benefits: • Camp accommodations provided • Living Out Allowance (LOA) available • Competitive wages • DSPs accepted What you’ll need: • Journeyman or Red Seal Welder certification • B Pressure, GTAW ticket, CWB carbon and stainless steel tickets • F3/F4 required; F6 or F6/F4 an asset • CSTS 20 or CSTS 09 with WHMIS 2015 • Fall Protection and ESC Confined Space certifications • Valid driver’s license • Experience in industrial operating environments • Ability to weld to specifications including 6G and X-ray standards • Physically fit: lift 50 lbs, work at heights, confined spaces • Must be clean shaven for PPE compliance • Pre-access drug and alcohol testing What will make you stand out: • Strong customer service and communication skills • Experience in maintenance work on industrial shutdowns • Ability to work collaboratively and follow structured repair plans
