Position Overview
If you are a, hardworking 1st Year Apprentice Electrician , this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values reliability and results. In this role, you’ll respond to service calls, perform diagnostics and repairs, and deliver high-quality work that keeps systems operating efficiently and clients satisfied.

What You’ll Do
• Perform installation of electrical systems in commercial environments, including EMT conduit runs, cable trays, pulling and terminating wire, and setting panels, breakers, and devices.
• Interpret electrical drawings and specifications to complete construction projects efficiently, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with codes.
• Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various electrical systems and components commonly found in commercial buildings, including wiring, circuits, panels, and lighting systems.
• Adhere to electrical safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage while working on commercial electrical systems.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.
• Accurately document all work performed and make recommendations when needed.
• Work closely with teammates, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless job execution.
• Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and respect for client spaces.
What You Bring
• Registration in an accredited Electrician apprenticeship program.
• Experience working in commercial Electrical service; residential exposure is a bonus.
• Comfortable using mobile platforms for job documentation and communication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safe practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Physically able to work in various environments and positions (climbing, kneeling, lifting, etc.).
Working Conditions
• Field-based role involving varied environments and conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).
• Occasional physical work (lifting, kneeling, climbing, etc.).
