Industrial Electrician 442A – Mississauga or Etobicoke, ON Full-Time | Night Shift | $45/hr + $5/hour premium for Night shift We are hiring a licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) to join our Maintenance Team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Shift & Schedule: 8- or 12-hour night shifts available Rotating shifts, weekend and holiday coverage required What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bakery and packaging machinery Diagnose electrical faults using schematics, meters, and diagnostic tools Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability Install, examine, and replace electrical components Assist with electrical programs, PM schedules, and reliability initiatives Work closely with millwrights, refrigeration operators, and other trades Ensure all work meets ESA regulations, safety standards, and company procedures Equipment & Systems: Industrial bakery and packaging machinery Motors, drives, sensors, control panels PLC-controlled systems (troubleshooting; programming is an asset) Building electrical services related to production equipment Requirements: Valid Industrial Electrician License (442A) 3–5 years industrial electrical maintenance experience Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-focused Flexible to work rotating nights, weekends, and holidays Assets: Refrigeration Operator Class “B” certification (higher hourly rate) Food or beverage manufacturing experience Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge Why Join: $45/hr + shift premium Health & dental benefits, pension with employer matching Performance bonuses and employee discount program Stable, long-term employer with growth and skill development opportunities Work hands-on with a variety of industrial equipment in a safety-focused environment Submit your resume to mjudycki@fuzehr.com for immediate consideration. linkedin.com/in/mich-judy-m-sc-869369107
