We specialize in service work — troubleshooting, lighting, panel upgrades, and small renovations. We run a clean, organized operation focused on quality and efficiency. This is not commercial construction. This is professional residential service. The Role We are hiring a Residential Service Journeyman (4th year considered if already running calls independently). You will: Run residential service calls Troubleshoot efficiently Complete lighting installs, panel work, and device replacements Document work (photos + notes) Maintain organized van inventory Communicate clearly with homeowners This is an independent, customer-facing role once fully ramped. Compensation & Schedule $40–$42/hour base depending on experience Performance-based bonus tied to production and quality Total earning potential up to $50/hour Structured 30-day onboarding Typical schedule is 32–40 hours per week depending on service demand. Full-time permanent role with consistent year-round residential service work. Overtime is limited and used only when necessary. Vehicle & Ramp During onboarding: Meet in Okotoks and run calls together. After ramp: Independent service van Take-home van once fully independent (location dependent) Reliable transportation to Okotoks during training is required.
