HIRING - Service Plumber/Warranty - $45-$55/hr

About Us Lionhead Mechanical is a fast-growing mechanical contractor known for delivering high-quality plumbing and HVAC solutions in New Construction. We pride ourselves on our commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction. We’re currently looking for a Service Plumber to join our warranty team. You’ll be responsible for Servicing the Warranty period of our new builds; diagnosing problems, presenting solutions, and completing plumbing repairs and installations in a timely manner. There is no sales component to this position, however it does require critical thinking. If you're organized, experienced, and enjoy problem solving, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: • Service the Warranty Period in new build apartments and condos • Diagnose plumbing issues in new construction and provide effective repair solutions • Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and up to code • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Keep accurate records of work performed • Experience with Procore (preferred) What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience as a plumber with multi-family residential experience • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Registered 3rd year plumbing certifications or higher What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience - $44/hr - $55/hr • Company vehicle and gas card • Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) • RRSP Matching after 9 months • Ongoing training and career development opportunities Apply today to join a company that values your skills, rewards your hard work, and supports your professional growth.
