We're looking for a skilled technician who thrives on team work, a job well-done and providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair heat pumps, conventional split systems, RTUs, condensers, and exhaust fans at multi-family new construction job sites. • Perform system start-ups and complete all necessary tasks for successful operation and documentation. • Maintain open communication with team members and customers regarding project status. • Follow safety standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment. • Adhere to local and state regulations, including building codes. What You Bring to the Team: • Experience: 5+ years of HVAC service experience in multifamily-residential environments. • Education: High school diploma or GED required. • EPA Section 608 Certification: Universal preferred (minimum Type I & II required). • Certification in handling and disposing of refrigerants (EPA-compliant). • OSHA safety training or equivalent knowledge of safety protocols (can train) • Associate degree or technical diploma in HVAC technology (preferred). • Additional certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence are a plus. • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Skills: • Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and electronic. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. • Able to climb ladders, reach overhead, squat, crawl and work on feet full shift. • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity). • Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required. • Willingness to work overtime and travel locally as needed.
