What you’ll Get • Industry-leading wages: $22–$40+/hr based on experience • Signing bonus for qualified candidates • Health and dental benefits • RRSP matching program • Piece pay structure with bonus incentives • A positive, respectful, team-oriented work culture • Opportunities to mentor apprentices or grow into a lead or foreman role Your Role • Perform rough-in and ductwork installations for new residential homes • Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, hot water tanks, and IAQ components • Interpret blueprints and joist charts to plan accurate, code-compliant installations • Work efficiently and cleanly in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas • Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project timelines • Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures • Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and internal teams • Participate in safety meetings and company events What you Bring · Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred) · Sheet metal certification is an asset · Knowledge of building and HVAC codes · Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality · Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract · Physically fit and able to safely lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and use power tools · Reliable, punctual, and accountable Ready to Take the Next Step?
