Perks & benefits: • Profit Sharing • Competitive Wages What you’ll need: • Welding aptitude and knowledge of welding principles • CWB certification (preferred) • B-Pressure considered an asset • Experience with mechanical systems and industrial environments • Enrollment in Apprenticeship program or Journeyman status • Valid safety certifications: First Aid, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, WHMIS, CSTS • Ability to work in varying environments (cold, hot, dusty) • Strong teamwork and documentation skills What will make you stand out: • CWB all-position SMAW certification • Previous agricultural industry experience • Journeyman status • Holding all valid and current safety certifications
