You will also ensure the safe operation of all plumbing systems for customers and ensure that all installations or repairs meet current code requirements, while providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, maintain, and recommend plumbing system replacements. • Build strong customer relationships by explaining services and providing system usage instructions. • Ensure a neat and professional work area, always using booties inside customers’ homes. • Maintain company standard Key Performance Indicators (KPI). • Complete all the required paperwork. • Maintain a clean and organized truck. • Additional duties as assigned. Experience: • Must have a State of Colorado Plumbing License (RP/JP/MP) or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
