About Pallet Supply LLC Pallet Supply LLC is a rapidly growing provider of pallet repair and logistics solutions, serving Fortune 100 distribution centers across multiple states. We specialize in onsite pallet repair, trailer unloading, pallet sorting, and scrap management — helping large-scale retail partners operate efficiently while maintaining the highest safety standards. Role Overview Operate and maintain a sit-down forklift to unload trailers, move pallets to designated locations, and support day-to-day site operations. Ensure safe, efficient handling of materials while working as part of a high-performance team. Key Responsibilities • Unload trailers and move pallets to proper staging or repair areas. • Assist in loading repaired pallets for shipment. • Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain in safe operating condition. • Refuel propane or charge electric forklifts following company procedures. • Verify counts of pallets (good, repairable, scrap) and ensure accurate load documentation. • Support pallet repair crews by moving material as needed. • Keep work areas clean and free of hazards. • Follow OSHA and Pallet Supply safety rules at all times. • Assist in other warehouse or yard tasks as directed by the manager. Requirements • Experience: 6+ months preferred (training available). • Certification: Must pass Pallet Supply forklift certification (provided onsite). • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
