Description Position Summary The Welder I is an entry- to mid-level role responsible for performing stick welding on steel components and rebar assemblies in FABco’s fabrication shop. Welders I work under close supervision to gain proficiency in stick welding techniques, while also developing basic skills in MIG welding and shop safety.
