Boilermakers - HRSG Power Plant - Cushing, TX Zachry is hiring experienced Boilermakers in Cushing, TX to support construction of a Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) at a gas-fired combined-cycle power plant. These boilermakers will erect structural steel, perform fabrication, rigging, bolting, torqueing, and welding duties, and work at heights exceeding 300 feet. The role requires strong blueprint interpretation and leadership capability. Ideal candidates have HRSG experience and solid industrial construction backgrounds. What you’ll need: • 4+ years as a Boilermaker Helper, Boilermaker Ironworker, or similar • Experience on a Gas-fired Combined-Cycle HRSG unit • Ability to read IFC drawings and craft specifications • Experience with rigging, steel erection, fabrication, and bolting procedures • Knowledge of torque, tensioning, and use of tools such as skidmore and torque wrenches • Ability to work at heights over 300 ft • Required tools • Reliable transportation • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings What will make you stand out: • Current or former Zachry employee • NCCER certification • Formal or technical education
