Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Worker - CNC Machinist Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate CNC machines • Load raw materials and monitor machine operations • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders • Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting • Maintain accurate production records • Follow all company safety and quality procedures • Keep work area clean and organized Qualifications • Previous experience operating CNC machines required • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Assets • Experience with wood, metal, or composite materials (customize as needed) • Language advantage - read and write Chinese • CNC programming experience • Manufacturing/production environment experience • Forklift certification
