Job Title: WelderJob Description
Join a dynamic team to construct skid-mounted data center racks through precision welding. You will primarily work with Pulse MIG welding, Flux-core, and occasionally engage in Stick welding. The role involves crafting skids using galvanized and carbon steel materials.
Responsibilities
• Perform Pulse MIG welding on carbon steel.
• Execute Flux-core welding for various components.
• Conduct Stick welding when working with galvanized steel.
• Collaborate with a team of welders to construct skids.
• Ensure all welding work meets quality and safety standards.
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in Pulse MIG welding.
• Experience with Flux-core welding techniques.
• Ability to conduct Stick welding.
• Capability to pass welding tests.
• Flexibility to work late or on Saturdays as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience in constructing skid-mounted structures.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled shop alongside approximately 45 colleagues, with a dedicated team of 10 welders. This position is for the 2nd shift, from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
