Journeyman Plumber – Residential Service & Heating Technician Calgary / Surrounding Areas $40 – $48 per hour depending on experience Company service vehicle + Health Spending Account Northern Flame Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is looking for a skilled residential service plumber who takes pride in clean, professional work and enjoys troubleshooting plumbing and heating systems for homeowners. This is a full-time, year-round position focused on residential service, troubleshooting, and renovation work in Calgary and surrounding areas. Our projects range from residential service calls and renovations to high-end custom homes, and we are committed to delivering clean, professional work that reflects well on our company. What You’ll Be Doing • Residential plumbing service and troubleshooting • Diagnosing plumbing issues in occupied homes • Bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovation plumbing • Installation and replacement of plumbing fixtures and equipment • Water heater installation and replacement • Furnace troubleshooting and diagnostics • Furnace installation and replacement (asset) • Working directly with homeowners, builders, and contractors • Maintaining clean and organized job sites • Representing the company professionally in customers’ homes What We’re Looking For • Journeyman Plumber certification (required) • Strong residential plumbing service experience • Renovation plumbing experience considered a strong asset • Furnace troubleshooting and installation experience considered an asset • Ability to work independently and problem solve on site • Strong communication and customer service skills • Clean driving record • A plumber who takes pride in high-quality workmanship What We Offer • $40 – $48 per hour depending on experience • Company service vehicle • Health Spending Account (HSA) to help cover medical, dental, and other health-related expenses • Consistent year-round work • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company • Positive work environment focused on quality workmanship Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for a plumber who: • Enjoys residential service work • Takes pride in clean, professional installations • Is comfortable working directly with homeowners • Can troubleshoot plumbing and heating systems • Wants to work for a smaller company where quality matters We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position and takes pride in building a strong reputation with our clients.
