TIG Welder Production Day Shift

This role is key to producing precision hydraulic fluid conveyance products that meet demanding industry standards. About the Role As a TIG Welder at Mid-State, you will work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum tubing and end connections. Our products are engineered for high-pressure applications, requiring precision workmanship and a strong focus on quality. Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components. Set up and operate Miller welding equipment for production needs. Execute silver brazing and related preparatory/finishing processes (including cleaning and braze scale removal). Fabricate and repair parts as needed to support production. Maintain quality and safety standards in line with ISO 9001 requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in TIG welding with strong technical skills. Ability to set up and adjust TIG welding equipment for optimal performance. Knowledge of silver brazing techniques and post-braze cleaning preferred. Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail.
