Shipper/Receiver & General Labour Hillary Production Machining Ltd. – Manitoba Hillary Production Machining Ltd. is a precision production machine shop seeking a reliable, hardworking Shipper/Receiver & General Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving duties and will also assist in general shop operations when shipping tasks are complete. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving • Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently • Operate a lift truck (forklift) • Inspect incoming materials and verify against packing slips and purchase orders • Package finished products securely for shipment • Prepare shipping documents and process outgoing shipments • Maintain accurate records using computer systems General Labour / Production Support • Operate basic manufacturing equipment (training provided) • Assist machine operators as required • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Support production workflow as needed Qualifications • Lift truck experience required • Ability to read and write English • Basic math skills • Basic computer skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to lift materials and work in a physical environment • Dependable with a strong work ethic Manufacturing experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
