HVAC Installers Needed!

The Premier Group is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Installers to join our growing team in Phoenix. This role focuses on installing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on new construction and retrofit projects. Ideal candidates have strong technical skills, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing high-quality installations that meet industry standards. Key Responsibilities • Install commercial HVAC systems includingRTUs, chillers, air handlers, VAV systems, ductwork, and ventilation components • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings • Install sheet metal duct systems and related components • Set rooftop units and coordinate with crane operators when required • Perform layout, assembly, and installation of HVAC equipment • Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations • Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites • Maintain clean and organized work areas • Follow all jobsite safety protocols and OSHA guidelines Qualifications • 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience • Experience working on commercial construction projects • Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans • Knowledge of ductwork installation, piping, and HVAC system components • Familiarity with industry tools and installation practices • Ability to work at heights, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions • Strong work ethic and reliability • Valid driver’s license preferred Preferred Skills • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification • Experience installing large commercial HVAC systems • Sheet metal fabrication or installation experience • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew Pay: $29.54 - $35.58 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
