HVAC/R Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC/R Service Technician, located in Phoenix, AZ. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC/R systems. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, conducting preventive measures to extend system life, and ensuring compliance with EPA standards. The technician will also interact with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with all service activities. Qualifications • Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in HVAC/R systems • Proficiency in performing Maintenance & Repair and executing Preventive Maintenance tasks • Strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and resolving service concerns • Knowledge of EPA standards and any relevant certifications • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in team settings as required • Prior experience with HVAC/R systems and a valid driver's license is preferred
