Quartz Installer / General labor

Summary As a Quartz/Granite Fabricator/Installer, you will be integral to the manufacturing and installation of high-quality stone products. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, along with a solid understanding of construction processes. You will report to the approriate Manager and collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely project completion. Your mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy equipment will enhance operational efficiency. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform heavy lifting are essential, as is the ability to communicate in Cantonese, to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members. Installer/ General Laborer Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Review Project Details before installation • Troubleshoot on site issues • Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction • Ensure safe, efficient and precise install of materials • Inspect and ensure install meets quality standards • Lift and Manuvaur heavy materials • Operating machinerty (saws, drills, hand polishers etc.) Qualifications • Great attention to detail • Reliable, Punctual with excellent time management skills • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to multitask and good teamwork skills • Strong communication skills and great attention to detail • Cantonese/Madarin Considred an Asset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental care • Extended health care • Vision care Experience: • Fabrication / Installation: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
