Fitter Welder (Stainless) Pay: $25–$28/hour DOE Hours: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Some overtime on Fridays) Location: Sand Springs, OK Weld Test: 3G Stainless MIG | 3/8” Thick (MIG All the Way Out) Job Order #: 123420 Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Fitter Welder to join a company specializing in the manufacturing of industrial equipment. This role requires strong stainless welding skills, blueprint reading ability, and precision fit-up to meet quality and production standards. What the Fitter Welder Will Be Doing • Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings • Perform stainless steel welding using the MIG process • Complete accurate fit-up and layout prior to welding • Use and read levels, tape measures, protractors, and hand tools • Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and dimensional requirements • Maintain safe work practices and a clean work area Required Qualifications for the Fitter Welder • Ability to pass a 3G stainless MIG weld test (3/8” thick) • 2+ years of stainless steel welding experience • Strong math skills and attention to detail • Experience fitting and welding industrial equipment components • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic This is a solid opportunity for a skilled stainless Fitter Welder looking for steady weekday hours and competitive pay in a fabrication environment.
