Working Lead Electrician

Bolt & Wire Electric is looking for a reliable and experienced Working Lead Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who knows the trade well, can lead a jobsite when needed, and enjoys working alongside a team, while still being open to coaching and growing with the company. We are a hands-on company that values integrity, strong work ethic, and teamwork. Responsibilities • Lead and assist with electrical installations and service work • Guide helpers or apprentices on job sites • Ensure work is completed safely and up to code • Communicate job progress with the office and ownership • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Help problem-solve issues that arise in the field What We’re Looking For • Experienced Residential Electrician • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and code • Leadership mindset but team-oriented and coachable • Dependable and trustworthy • Ability to manage job tasks without constant supervision • Good communication skills • Must have reliable transportation and arrive to each job site with your own set of basic electrical tools This Position Is Great For Someone Who • Takes pride in their work • Wants to help lead jobs without the pressure of running the company • Enjoys mentoring helpers or apprentices • Wants to grow with a company long term Compensation • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for growth • Consistent work To Apply • Please include a short description of your experience completing a residential electrical project from rough-in through trim-out, including any service installation experience.
